Newly built pension (in 2007) offers a pleasant and comfortable accommodation in above standard equipped apartments with two bedrooms. The apartments are in two buildings. In the third one there is a reception. Pension is suitable for those who want to spend restful family holiday in an area with many touristic and cyclist trails, for those who want to be close to other sports facilities and also have the pleasant place to stay, with nice staff where you are pleased to get back after all day hiking, cycling and other sports doing to get new energy for the next day.

The area of the pension itself, its comfortable apartments, the garden with a pond and sitting outdoor will help you to relax and spend pleasant days in a beautiful nature of Bohemian Switzerland and Lužické mountains. There are 7 quadruple apartments (41 and 52m2) having two separate bedrooms. Fashionably equipped kitchen with dining area is part of the living room (there is also satellite TV). Outside the apartments you can meet your friends in a social room. Next year the pension will also open the relaxation centre.

Pension Arosa is located in the village Růžová that is in the National park Bohemian Switzerland, close to Děčín and not far from the frontier border Hřensko. Due to its location, the village Růžová is an ideal place for an active vacation. It is a real paradise for keen tourists and cyclists. The pension offers the accommodation in 3 apartments. In the groundfloor there is an equipped kitchen, a social room and a dining room. On the outdoor terrace there is a garden grill and space for friendly meetings. The whole capacity is 12, maximu 14 persons. For our guests there is one double room with an extra bed, another triple – quadruple room and one apartment with two sixbedded rooms. Each room has its own hall and a bathroom with shower. In the groundfloor there is the equipped kitchen (a cooker, a dishwasher, a fridge, a pot, the dishes), the social room, the dining room, each apartment has a room for bikes and other sport equipment. Outside there is a large terrace with grill, a garden and a parking lot. The whole apartment is heated by a heat pump. The pets are not allowed.
If you wish to play golf, you can do so in the golf course in near-by Janov (3kms). Right in the village there is a riding club where you can go horseback riding or visit the big riding hall in Všemily (5 kms). We offer the accommodation in two apartments, both of them are quadriple (it is possible to add two extra beds). The area of apartment no. 1 is 47 m2 and is orientated to the south, the area of the apartment no. 2 is 50 m2 and is orientated to the south-east and has the exit to the terrace. Each of the apartments has two rooms, the kitchen with dining area, the hall and bathroom. The rooms are snug and comfortably equipped with wooden furniture - in the bedroom there are two big beds, in the living room you can find fold-out sofa (so you have other two beds), coloured TV with satellite. The kitchen is completely equipped with a cooker, a fridge and allows you to eat in privacy. The WC, bathroom with shower and a dryer are also part of the apartment. Each of the apartments has its own entrance, the parking lot is in front of the house. The pets are not allowed, the house is non-smoking.

We offer the whole house to rent. The house is situated in a picturesque part of the region Bohemian Switzerland, in the village Lipnice that is close to the magic places such as Pavlínino valley or the viewpoints of Jetřichovické rocks. During your stay the whole house is only for you including a nice and maintained garden. During the hot days or while sitting in the summer terrace the stream flowing through the garden will make your stay even more pleasant. The whole house was reconstructed very well. In the ground floor there is a large living room with an original stove, an equipped kitchen with a bar, a toilet with a shower. In the first floor you can find two bedrooms: the first one is with double-bed and the second one has four beds, other two extra beds can be added. A fireplace, grill and children sandpit are also available.

The village Lipnice is an ideal point for many trips into surrounding area. Only a few kilometres from here there are Jetřichovice, Doubice or Vysoká Lípa. If you wish to visit Pravčická gate or the passes of Kamenice river, it is approximately 17 kms from the house.

The cottage „U Barunky“ offers very pleasant accommodation in a former farmhouse in wilderness of a beautiful scenery of neighbouring Bohemian Switzerland and Lužické mountains.

There is a two-room apartment with its own kitchen, dining room, bathroom with a shower and toilet. The apartment consists of two 3-bedded rooms, two more extra beds are possible. For a rest you can use the garden with swimming pool or sit at fire with grill during long summer evenings.

In spring and autumn there are many interesting touristic and cycling trails. In summer days you can visit several places for swimming that are not further than 15 kms from the accommodation.

In winter there are lots of trails for cross-country skiing lovers. And there is also something for downhill skiing lovers. It is possible to visit the ski areas in Dolní Podluží, at Jedlova mountain and in Horní Světlá. All ski areas are very well equipped and accessible for the whole season.

You can find the accommodation 3 kms from the town Česká Kamenice that is 15 kms from Děčín, 45 kms from Ústí nad Labem and 50 kms from Liberec. You can go shopping to this town.

The accommodation is located on the edge of the wood in magic village Jetřichovice, in the heart of the National park Bohemian Switzerland. There are many signed trails leading from the village to the whole area around. We can offer the accommodation in two individual cottages with an amazing view of Jetřichovice and the rocks around. Each of the cottages has its own summer sitting under a pergola, barbecue and a parking place for one car that can be locked. Other cars can be parked in front of the house. There is also a sandpit for children, a table tennis and a fire place. Each of the cottages has completely equipped kitchen, four double rooms, a big living room, a shower and WC. The cottage can be rented to 4 to 10 persons. In winter we recommend to take the tire chains with you. For skiing you can go to two ski areals in Jedlová mountain and Horní Podluží. Except winter the location is ideal for spending a pleasant holiday, especially for hikers, cyclists, keen mushroom-pickers and for walks in the woods. In the village there are many restaurants where upon agreement we can arrange the breakfast for you. Among the well-known places there are Pravčická gate, the boatride on the Kamenice river or many rock observation points in the surrounding.

We offer a perfect chance to rent a nice cottage in the village Růžová that is not far from Pravčická gate and the passes of Kamenice river. You will be able to use two floors including very nice maintained garden. The interiors are decorated with the pictures and sculptures of local artist Josef Strnad. In the ground floor there is a nice and spacious social room, bathroom with WC, an equipped kitchen and foyer for summer sitting. In the attic there are two triple rooms (one double bed and one individual bed in each room). The whole cottage is nicely and snug equipped, it is ideal for spending pleasant holiday or only a weekend. The entrance to the cottage is from the back side thru the garden so you have complete privacy. The garden is great not only for your children but also for sitting at the fire place or relaxing in the grass. The accommodation is possible only for 4 to 6 persons for minimum of 2 nights. If you are art lovers, you can ask the owner to look at his work that is also for sale. All depends on the agreement. The location is perfect for trips to the surrounding. From the village many signed touristic trails will take you to the picturesque places of the National park Bohemian Switzerland.
